Vintage B.P.O.E. Elks Electric Light Up 11th Hour Clock w/ Case - AS IS - Rusty For Sale

Here is a Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks 11th hour clock.
It measures 21" tall, 17" wide and 7" deep.
NOTE: We plugged it in and nothing happened. You buy as is. Some parts are very rusty. See pictures for physical condition. For parts or restoration.
It should toll with 11 strikes (lighting up each roman numeral as it goes along) with a toast to remember all departed Elks.
Based on another similar example, this was probably made in the last 1970s.
