Vintage '20s-'50s Order Of The Amaranth Banners – Charity, Faith, Truth, Wisdom: $750.00
Very beautifully embroidered banners for The Order of the Amaranth. These banners are custom made, embroidered on satin with a very heavy and high quality cotton backing. They have a nice wooden hanging rod, and gold fringe. They were manufactured between the 1920's and 1950's by The Floding Company, which was a notable manufacturer in the early tomid-20th century, specializing in custom-made textiles, including Masonic regalia, flags, and banners. The style of the label, the use of "Ga."(an abbreviation common in the early 20th century), and the craftsmanship of the banners suggest they were likely produced between the 1920s and 1950s. The Amaranth order, a Masonic-affiliated organization, was active during this period, and such banners were often commissioned for ceremonial use, which aligns with the detailed stitching and materials shown. The banners' condition and design show that they are well-preserved vintage items from that era.
If your lodge wants to stand apart from the others, get these beautiful banners and be illuminated above the others.
