The East Run Iron Company.
In the matter of the Report of H.R. Schell, Auditor appointed to distribute the fund in court arising from the Sheriff’s sale of the property of the East Run Iron Co.
And now, July 16, 1880, R.C. Green, a lien creditor of the said defendant in this case, appeals from the decree of the Court, in distributing the proceeds of the sale of the Real Estate of the said defendant, and in refusing to sustain the exceptions filed by and in behalf of the said R.C. Green; and in refusing to award the fund in court to the said R.C. Green as per the Report of Frank Schell Esq., Auditor, awarding the same to suit R.C. Green.
