RARE 1966 Bill Curry Lo-Lite Design Line Walnut Smoke Bulb Lamp MCM Orig Box For Sale

Condition: Vintage condition. Tested and working. The glass bulb is intact with no cracks or breaks noted. The exterior smoke/gray finish on the bulb has substantial age-related deterioration, including widespread crackling/crazing, areas of flaking and finish loss, rubbing, smudging and uneven coloration/coverage. The walnut base is clean and well preserved, and the original box is also in very nice vintage condition. Please enlarge and review all photos closely for condition.

Vintage 1966 Bill Curry Lo-Lite by Design Line Incorporated, El Segundo, California. This compact Mid-Century Modern accent lamp features a smoke-colored globe bulb on a minimalist walnut base with push-button switch.

The original bottom label identifies Design Line Incorporated and Lo-Lite and states that the lamp was copyrighted in 1966. The label specifies Westinghouse Bulb #25G25/W.

The currently installed vintage smoke-colored globe bulb is marked DURO-TEST®, 25W and 120V. The bulb is intact, tested and lights as it should. Photos include the lamp illuminated.

IMPORTANT BULB CONDITION: The exterior smoke/gray finish has substantial age-related deterioration, including widespread crackling/crazing, areas of flaking and finish loss, rubbing, smudging and uneven coloration/coverage. This deterioration is to the exterior finish/coating and is not cracking or breakage of the glass itself. Multiple close-up photos are provided to show the actual condition.
