This antique commemorative plate was made for Pittsburgh Commandery No. 1 to mark the 27th Triennial Conclave of Knights Templar in 1898. The center features a wood duck illustration along with Masonic symbols, including a red cross and crown. The inscription “No. 1” appears on the left side, while the initials “K.I.” are on the right. The cobalt blue border is richly decorated with gold floral patterns, enhancing its ornate design. The backstamp confirms production by Taylor, Smith & Taylor in East Liverpool, Ohio, USA. The plate exhibits crazing, consistent with its age, but remains a significant historical and Masonic collectible.
