In 1946 the brand name was changed to Lorenzo by Lorenzo Tagliabue. Lorenzo pipes continue to be meticulously crafted in Northern Italy using quality briar wood from the Mediterranean region. Their pipes are large and known for their beautiful grain and excellent smoking quality.
