Vintage ceramic mug from the AN/ALQ-126B Airborne Self-Protection Jammer (ASPJ) program — an electronic warfare/jamming system built by Sanders Associates (later Lockheed Sanders, now part of BAE Systems) for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aircraft including the F/A-18 Hornet. One side features an F/A-18 graphic over a stylized avionics circuit-board background with “AIRBORNE SELF-PROTECTION” and the Lockheed Sanders logo. The reverse commemorates the 1,000th production unit, dated 1990, with a winged-anchor emblem, a globe with the ECM equipment housing, and the flags of the program’s customer nations — United States, Australia, Canada, and Spain.
This is internal defense-contractor memorabilia, made in a small run to mark a production milestone for program staff — never sold to the public, which makes it genuinely scarce. Standard ceramic coffee mug, good pre-owned condition (please note any chips or wear from your own photos). A strong find for collectors of electronic-warfare systems, Lockheed/Sanders Associates history, or Cold War-era defense-contractor memorabilia.
