Vintage 1940s Silvertone 101.808-1C Wood Tabletop Tube Radio (Sears Roebuck)
Up for sale is an original vintage late-1940s Silvertone AM tabletop vacuum tube radio manufactured by Sears, Roebuck and Co. (Chassis Model 101.808-1C / CRL-20359).
Features a classic wooden cabinet, gold-tone front bezel, analog tuning dial (54-160 AM band), and original push-button tuning array.
Knobs: Missing front control knobs (shafts intact as pictured). Push buttons present.
Wood Cabinet: Solid wood casing with age-appropriate surface finish wear, scratches, and weathering on the top and edges. Cloth speaker grille is intact with light minor aging.
Chassis & Internal Components: Rear back cover present. Vacuum tube chassis intact with original transformers, metal shield cans, and tube lineup.
Testing & Status: Sold strictly AS-IS for parts, restoration, or bench rebuild project. Untested. Power cord is vintage and intact.
