Item appears to be new or very very little use. It was sold to me as New. There are very minimal marks around the body of the wrench. Please review the photos and use your own judgment. The boxes is in good shape, but does have very minor tears at the one end as you can clearly see in the photos. What you see is what you get. If you are not happy with the photos, do not buy it.
